Features:
The series of integrated muffle furnaces adopt domestic advanced technology. The furnace shell is made of steel plates that are folded, welded and drawn. The control box and the furnace body are integrated structures. The appearance is beautiful and avoids the cumbersome installation for customers. The inner furnace lining is a rectangular integral furnace lining made of high aluminum and silicon carbide refractory materials. Helical heating elements made of high-temperature-resistant nickel-chromium wire are wound through the wire grooves on the upper, lower, left, and right sides of the inner furnace lining. Heat up, down, left and right. The furnace has a sealed structure, and refractory fiber aluminum silicate wool and diatomite products are used as insulation layers between the inner furnace and the furnace shell.
