Overview of use:

The use of high-temperature dry heat can oxidize microorganisms, denature proteins, and cause poisoning due to dielectric concentration. The main purpose is to destroy the cell protoplasm through oxidation and cause the death of microorganisms, so all microorganisms can be killed within a certain heating time.
