The Kjeldahl method is a classic method for determining nitrogen. It's currently widely used for determining nitrogen-containing compounds in soil, food, livestock, agricultural products, feed, and other applications. This method involves three steps: sample digestion, distillation separation, and titration analysis. The JK9830A Automatic Kjeldahl Nitrogen Analyzer is an analytical system developed based on the classic Kjeldahl method. It automatically distills and separates samples and analyzes nitrogen (protein) using external techniques. Its methods and manufacturing procedures comply with the "GB/T 33862-2017 Fully (Semi-) Automatic Kjeldahl Nitrogen Analyzer" manufacturing standard and relevant international standards.

 

Safety Protection Systems:

· Leakage protection system ensures operator safety.

· If the digestive tube is missing, the system will not add reagents or heat, preventing injuries from reagents or steam.

· If the safety door is not closed, the system will not operate. A 5mm thick transparent safety door ensures personal safety.

· Automatic shutdown and alarm for water shortages in the steam system, preventing accidents.

· Automatic shutdown and alarm for overheating of the steam boiler.

· Alarm and shutdown for overpressure of the steam system, preventing accidents.

· Sample overtemperature alarm prevents sample temperature rise and affects analytical data.

.The embedded operating system, with proprietary intellectual property rights, features a 10-inch color touch screen and a Chinese-based interactive menu, making it easy to operate and learn.

Automatic shutdown function: The system automatically shuts down after 60 minutes of unattended operation, ensuring energy efficiency, safety, and peace of mind.

Titration volume input automatically calculates analysis results and stores, displays, queries, and prints them, providing some of the functionality of fully automatic products.

· Operation instructions, reagent preparation, precautions, and maintenance information are displayed on the screen for easy user access.
