Product Application:

The Kjeldahl method is a classic method for determining nitrogen. It is currently widely used for determining nitrogen-containing compounds in soil, food, animal husbandry, agricultural products, feed, and other applications. This method requires three steps: sample digestion, distillation separation, and titration analysis.

 

The JK9870 series fully automatic Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer is a nitrogen (protein) analysis system developed based on the classic Kjeldahl method. It utilizes fully automatic distillation and titration technology, with a colorimetric endpoint determination method. Its methods and manufacturing procedures comply with the "GB/T 33862-2017 Fully (Semi) Automatic Kjeldahl Nitrogen Analyzer" manufacturing standard and relevant international standards.

Reliable Actuation System:

· Utilizes R, G, and B color sensors for a wide color range, high accuracy, and fast response.

· A plunger-type titration pump, comprised of a German-made linear motor and syringe, offers high control accuracy and excellent stability.

· Metal (304 stainless steel) steam boiler: Stable, reliable, and pressure-resistant.

Safety Protection Systems:

· Leakage protection system prevents leakage and electric shock, ensuring operator safety.

· The digestive tube is missing, the system will not add reagents or heat, preventing injuries from reagents or steam.

· The safety door is not closed, the system will not operate. A 5mm thick transparent safety door ensures personal safety.

· Automatic shutdown and alarm for water shortages in the steam system, preventing accidents.

· Automatic shutdown and alarm for overheating of the steam boiler.
